I am a master electrician, i have never installed one because they require more power than some homes can provide. Last time someone ask me for one was about 4 years ago, so they may have become more efficient sense then but at the time the smallest one my supply house could find was 125 amps. BUT like i said my info is 4 years old, I live in New England and here people just install gas or oil water heaters when the want on demand EDIT**** i found a link with amperage of some of this e-tankless.com/ electric-tankless-installation.php I think there is a lot of bad info there but you can call them...... Get an electrician involved before you buy to make sure your house can handle the water heater |
