Tankless Water Heater - Problem with hot water?
Hi, We are renting an apartment in Spain and we have a tankless brand name is Neckar water heater which is powered by butane gas. Every time we have a shower, we get only about 2 or 3 minutes of hot water and then the water turns cold. We go back to the heater and find out we have to relight the pilot light. Needless to say this is getting very frustrating. Our landlord is travelling and unable to help us. Any ideas? Are we doing something wrong?

Our system was operating great for several months, now we have noticed that the water runs hot then warm and repeats this cycle as long as the water runs. Water is all the way on and it occurs at each faucet. It seems to improve slightly if two faucets are on at the same time. We have called the providers of the tank and they suggested there may be debris in the inlet side since we are on a well system. Is this a common problem? Should there be a screen on the inlet side? Any solutions would be greatly appreciated. Other than this we love our system.
